Why is Notgrove such a great place for filming and photo shoots? Here’s why:

Small or Big Shoots

Here at Notgrove we have plenty of areas to suit a variety of film and shoot location requirements whether it’s for a small photo shoot or a big blockbuster movie.

Plenty of Choice

With 1,500 acres of arable land, pasture/fields, beautiful rolling countryside, woods, tracks, park land, open spaces, valleys, avenue of trees, Cotswold stone walls, enclosed manor garden, traditional stable block, paddocks, private road/drive, and quite country lanes there’s plenty of choice for filming and shoots outside.

Cotswold Village & More

Notgrove’s village of 38 cottages is also part of the estate with a pretty village green, lovely café with modern village hall, 38 beautiful Cotswold stone cottages including the Manor, farmhouse, gate lodge and barns.

Other Buildings

There’s also a working farm, derelict farm buildings, modern barns, garages, safari tents, glamping pods, tennis court, swimming pool, and an old thatched dairy.

Livestock & Animals

We also have livestock/animals including cattle, sheep, 2 friendly highland cattle (Harry and William), goats, donkeys, alpacas, horses, pig and bee hives (apiary).  There’s plenty of wildlife to film too including buzzards, hares, owls, hedgehogs, deer, pheasants and partridge.

Easy for Logistics

With plenty of hard standing for parking for location/base units, catering trucks and cars and easily accessible from the main roads it’s easy for the logistics crew too.

To date, Notgrove has been used for the filming of:
