We have tried to think of everything when kitting out the cottages and hopefully we have covered most the essentials.
Here is a list of what’s in each cottage.
The Kitchens
As well as all your usual plates, mugs, pots and pans, cutlery etc we also provide;

Our ovens are electric and we also provide a microwave.
The Bedrooms
All rooms are fully made up with bed linen and also include a bath and hand towel per person, plus a hairdryer in the master room.
Each Bathroom/toilet includes

- A bath mat
- Shower chair – please request when booking
Baby Items
We are well aware of the stress involved in packing the car up for a family holiday when babies and toddlers are involved. Therefore for our littlest visitors, we can provide the following baby/toddler equipment to make your stay simpler (and your car packing much easier). Please book baby at least 1 week prior to your stay.

Baby items are available for the barns only – we regret we do not supply baby items to the pods or tents.

The Living Rooms
have wood burners, we provide matches, firelighters and a basket of kindling and logs – extra can be purchased on site if necessary.
The Gardens
have a garden table and chairs and a Charcoal BBQ – please bring your own charcoal.

Accessibility
All our Barns cater for those with mobility issues as they were designed and built with:
- Open plan en-suite wet rooms with grab rails
- Ground floor bedroom(s)
- Open plan kitchen/diner/living areas
- One level inside and outside the Barns (no steps)
- Accessibility entry and exit doors to Barns and Games Room*

*NB: Chestnut Barns is not really suitable for wheelchair use as the space around the furniture in the kitchen/living room is too narrow.
