Group Accommodation In The Cotswolds

Bride Leaving Hazelnut Barn

Group Accommodation For Wedding Parties

We realise that we are very lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the country here in Notgrove.

The Cotswolds are well known for its outstanding beauty with rolling hills, character filled cottages, bumbling villages and landscapes that artists dream of.

Imagine this all being the backdrop to your special day. The one day in your life which is all about you! Why would you not want to get married to your true love in such a fairytale setting?

Everyone loves a good wedding so writing this blog is going to be a real pleasure.

We are surrounded by such stunning venues. Then to top it off here in the village we are able to accommodate your guests including yourself and the groom.

With our four barns they are ideal for groups to get together and celebrate. The living areas are very spacious which makes it ideal for the bride and bridesmaids to be pampered together comfortably. We are also able to ship the groom and groomsmen off into the village to our traditional cottages so that no bad luck occurs with the bride seeing the groom the night before the wedding!!!

Then across the playing field you can pop the in-laws in our eight glorious glamping pods! That should keep them out of mischief!

Keeping your guests all together before and after the wedding just turns your ‘big day’ into the perfect weekend. It won’t be over in twenty-four hours and the celebrating can carry on. Memories will most definitely be made.

Now for the wedding venue itself, I have picked just a few to show you. All local to us and all equally amazing.

The Barn at Upcote – Whithington

This is a superb set up consisting of a few sympathetically converted farm buildings. It’s positioned in a typical Cotswold setting of rolling hills perfect for your wedding day photographers.

Postlip Tithe Barn

A hidden gem of medieval-ness. Nestled in a dreamy hamlet by the source of the river Isbourne this listed barn oozes drama and character. Its oak beams and Cotswold stone walls create splendid scenery for you and your guests to enjoy. It gets booked up quickly though so don’t hang around. Situated in-between Winchcombe and Cheltenham.

The Pitville Pump Rooms

Situated just two miles from Cheltenham Town Centre this unique yet extremely elegant building with its domed ceiling and sparkling chandeliers really does create the most magical wedding day. The Bride can make a dramatic entrance strolling down the red carpet in an intimate setting. You can then wander around the parkland following enchanting pathways leading you to the lakes often frequented by swans and ducks.

The Stone Barn Aldsworth and Cripps Barn Bibury

These two wedding venues are extremely similar and equally wonderful. Both oozing charm with their flagstone flooring and large open fireplaces, sharing a true rustic feel. Isolated in the heart of the Cotswold countryside.

As you see can see you are spoiled for choice. To be able to keep the party rolling over a few days here at Notgrove rather than cramming it all into one day is an extra treat for everyone. Let us help make your celebration of love together an event never to be forgotten.
