What to do when you come and stay with us!

Harry, Kate and Lucy

Don't know what to do when you come and stay?

Don't worry there are lots to keep you and your family entertained!

We often get asked what is there to do when you stay at Notgrove Holidays. So here is what Notgrove offers-

Walking-

Notgrove is an ideal spot for people keen to enjoy the countryside and enjoy a Cotswold walking holiday. Three national walking trails cross and border the Estate. The Macmillan way, the Diamond way and the Gloucestershire way. In addition to this, we have set up marked walks around the farm, along tracks and open grassland, which you can enjoy the village countryside views and the Cotswold village.

Cycling-

Harry and Diana are keen cyclists themselves, so they have mapped out some of their favourite bike rides to enjoy. We have miles of lovely country lanes you can cycle, we have small cycle maps with our favourite routes to do for you when you come to stay. We think going for a bike ride is the best way to get around to see all the Cotswold villages and the fantastic countryside views.  We can hire bikes for your stay please ask for details when you book.

Tennis -

A game of tennis anyone? Why not have ago and try to play like Andy Murray! Bring your rackets and tennis balls and enjoy a game whilst you stay with us, the court is right behind the Safari Tents, enclosed in the beech trees. All you will hear whilst playing will be the songs from all of our bird's nesting in the trees.

Games Rooms -

In case the weather is awful we have on-site games rooms, which there are 3 of them. One for barns, pods and tents. All the games rooms have table tennis and football table, the barns and pods also have a pool table. We have also provided books,  jigsaws and board games for the whole family to enjoy.

When the sun is shining you can play on our clamber stacks and have a family game of football as we have goals on the field by the tents and barns/pods.

Animals -

Not forgetting our four-legged friends! They will definitely put a smile on your face  We have alpacas, donkeys, goats and pigs to keep you entertained! You are more than welcomed to go and say hello to them. We feed them every morning if you would like to help us and learn all about them!
