Our Cotswold Wellbeing Retreats at Notgrove Holidays are designed to nourish, awaken, heal and renew. Set on the idyllic 1,500 acre private Notgrove Estate in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, it’s the perfect place to reflect and unwind from the stresses and strains of everyday life.
Our retreats are limited to just 8 glamping pods (sleeping 1 or 2 people), to ensure that clients enjoy a truly personal experience.

Spring Wellbeing Retreat Leader
Advanced Yoga teacher Jo Fellows will lead the retreat.
Jo believes that the roots of wellbeing can be found in nature and that following the years’ natural rhythms is not only best for the future of our planet, but is wonderful for our own wellbeing, too. Jo Fellows is an advanced yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance International), Qi Gong teacher, Reiki Master/teacher, sound therapist (Peter Hess Institute) and meditation teacher (BSoM). Her classes and treatments are designed to revitalise your spirit and restore balance to your mind and body.
Teaching with great sensitivity, compassion and care, Jo is committed to empowering anyone who is on their journey to seek themselves and their joy whether through yoga, qigong, reiki, sound or meditation.
Summer & Autumn Wellbeing Retreats Leader
Wellbeing Specialist Sadie Brewin will lead the retreat.
Sadie is deeply passionate about living in harmony with the rhythm of the seasons—a theme that will weave throughout the weekend retreat. With nearly 20 years’ experience in the wellbeing industry, she creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where like-minded individuals can connect and grow.
As a Relaxation Skills Therapist, Sadie empowers individuals to build emotional resilience and enhance their communication skills, fostering a positive ripple effect in every aspect of their lives. She seamlessly integrates her creative talents into her practice, inspiring participants to delve into their thoughts and emotions through nature-based activities and hands-on crafts.
Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or simply a break from the everyday, this retreat offers a nurturing environment to rediscover yourself. With Sadie’s warmth, compassion, and expert guidance, you’ll leave feeling grounded, inspired, and more in tune with your authentic self.
Cotswold Wellbeing Retreat Accommodation
Each person will stay in their own glamping pod (or share with a friend) with a lovely view over Notgrove and the surrounding countryside.
They are warm and cosy with a double bed (plus sofa bed if required), wet room with loo, galley kitchen, TV and relaxing seating area. All bedding and towels are included.
Catering
You will also be fully catered for during the retreat with breakfast, lunch and dinner served at the lovely Nuttery Café in Notgrove village during your stay.
Wholesome and locally sourced nutritious food will be prepared and cooked each day by chef Darren and served at the Nuttery next to the studio where all your classes will be taking place.

Cotswold Wellbeing Retreat Pricing & Discounts
May 2025 Retreat with Sadie Brewin (October pricing tbc):
Early bird discount for single occupancy booked by 30th January 2025 – £565 pp
Full price for single occupancy booked from 31st January 2025 – £589 pp
Two people sharing a pod booked anytime (includes £50 pp discount) – £535 pp
The all-inclusive price includes your accommodation, linen, breakfast, lunch and dinner and all wellbeing sessions.
The only extras would be any drinks you order at the Nuttery Café.
Additional personal treatments (such as a massage), are available on request, and charged directly to yourself.
If you’re happy to share a glamping pod, there’s a discount of £50 pp (there’s a double bed and double sofa bed available in each pod). Sadly, the retreat is not suitable for guests to bring pets with them.
Deposit for booking is just £150 per person. Final payment is due six weeks before the retreat takes place.
What to Bring
You will need to bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, a cushion and a blanket for yoga.
Also your wellies, or walking boots or trainers, warm and waterproof clothing for walking. Comfortable casual clothing, personal and overnight toiletries and essentials. Each glamping pod includes your own mini-kitchen with kettle and fridge, so you’re welcome to bring your favourite snacks or teas/coffees to enjoy between meals and before early sessions.

To book, please complete the booking form below and book your place on our May 2025 retreat before 14th April 2025 and to avoid disappointment.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made over 4 weeks prior to the retreat will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations made 28-14 days prior to the retreat will be refunded 50% if we manage to refill your space.
Cancellations made under 14 days prior to the retreat will not be refunded.
If we have fewer than four confirmed bookings two weeks prior to the start of the retreat we will be forced to cancel the retreat and a full refund will be given or you can opt to transfer to our next retreat. Please see our website for our full cancellation policy details in our Terms & Conditions
Any refunds will incur an admin fee of £30.
