Horse Back or Horse Power?
Vicki Butler-Henderson filming Ferraris on location at Notgrove
We were super excited to host some special guests in Hazelnut Barn when we welcomed the team from DriverReviews for their client Blackcircle tyres.
Headed by Vicki Butler-Henderson (previously of Top Gear), the team used Notgrove to film their new Ferraris!!!
Safe to say the farm boys did not get much work done over these couple of days……..
Vicki and her team of three film crew and director Adam Butler used various areas of our fabulous estate to film the fabulous Ferraris both on the ground and with drones – very exciting!
Using Hazelnut Barn for their accommodation made the shoot so easy and saved them travel time.
Although Vicki and her team worked hard, our Notgrove team were a little side tracked as everyone was keen to see the Ferraris, watch the filming and a lucky few even got to have a sit in one – our next company pool car – wouldn’t that be nice😊
Ferrari Roma Spider
On day one they filmed the beautiful soft top Ferrari Roma Spider the baby GT without a roof. The filming took place around the Manor and private drive as well as around the village lanes – the joy of such quiet country roads!

Ferrari Purosangue – Thoroughbred
On day two they filmed Ferrari’s first 4 door which crosses over into the SUV market which is the 6.5l V12 Ferrari Purosangue ‘thoroughbred’ around the old stables at Notgrove.

Day three’s video is still to be released so we won’t spoil the surprise of which Ferrari it was, but it was definitely our favourite of the three – although a few of the team have decided to stick to horseback over horsepower!
Filming at Notgrove in the Cotswolds
We welcome filming for any TV, film, movie, photo shoots and videos at Notgrove, so please do get in touch if you’re looking for a location in the heart of the Cotswolds with plenty of space, beautiful Cotswold stone cottages and Manor, farmland, fields, woodland, farmyard and/or stables. There’s also plenty of hardstanding for big film crew and units as was used when they filmed Father Brown and Sister Boniface at Notgrove for the BBC last year.
