Notgrove’s Wellbeing & Yoga Retreats in the Cotswolds
Our wonderful Wellbeing & Yoga Retreats are really popular with our recent Spring Retreat fully booked!
With the pressures and stains of everyday life it is so important that we take some ‘me time’ and Notgrove is the perfect place to do that, either by yourself or with your family and friends.
To really focus your body, mind and soul we run winter, spring and summer Yoga & Wellbeing Retreats over a long weekend which are suitable for all abilities. Our May and October retreats will be run by Sadie Brewin who will help you destress and unwind by immersing you in Chakra and Nidra yoga sessions, meditation and forest bathing, as well as plenty of quiet time and delicious homecooked nutritious food whilst staying in one of our cosy glamping pods.

Our nine glamping pods have lovely views of the village and rolling countryside, are warm and quiet, and the perfect space for some ‘me time’ and reading a book. You can even see our friendly farm animals – Highland cattle, goats and donkeys from your pod!
Located in the heart of the Cotswolds, Notgrove is surrounded by beautiful countryside and due to our environmentally friendly farming, the estate is full of nature and wildlife. You will commonly see hares, deer, Red Kite and hedgehogs whilst walking around the estate. Not only is it a beautiful place, it’s also quiet and peaceful too. There’s little traffic, miles of permissive paths for long walks around the farm, lots of quiet lanes for cyclists, a huge verity of wildflowers and plants to see, sit and listen to the bird song and lots of fresh air to distract you from your screens and mobile.

After three days on the retreat, you will feel rejuvenated and ready to take on the world again.
We do hope you’ll join us on one of our retreats or just come and stay with us at Notgrove Holidays for a relaxing family or friends stay in the countryside for long walks, fresh air and to connect with nature.
Our accommodation is also dog friendly so you can bring your four-legged friends with you too (sadly we cannot allow dogs on our retreat weekends).
We even run foraging walks, bushcraft, axe throwing, bike hire, campfire lighting and cooking, yoga classes, dry stone walling courses and eco clay pigeon shooting for those looking for more of an experience or to learn something new.
We look forward to seeing you for a relaxing and stress free retreat or holiday!
